¿How To Make A Reservation?

As KBC Travel, we do our best to arrange our Itinerary so you can have a unique experience visiting Perú. Please we suggest you read the information below.
  • If you’re looking for detailed information don’t doubt about getting in touch with us through our social network. We’ll reply you immediately.
  • You can check out our Itinerary and reserve a Standard tour (as seen on our web page) or you can also design a tour with your own Itinerary and adjust it to your time and needs.
  • If you already took a choice please send us your requirement through our form or by email, once we've received it  we’ll send you an email with specifications , a code and a reservation form you must fill.
  • As soon as you forward us your requirement and your detailed information , we start processing your tour. We’ll send you the payment instructions by email , phone, skype, whatsapp or any network you can provide us (Wester Union, Money Gram, PayPal or Wire Transfer) it must be the 100% with 48 hrs of term.
  • Once you have done the payment , you must inform us by email so one of our agents can get in touch with you on a 48 hours term or  7 days (this depends on the type of Itinerary you choose) to send you an Official Confirmation of your trip including vouchers and tickets required. You will also receive the hostels reservation codes, Transport, services, a list of the hotel's names, contacts and companies involved.
  • We suggest you to re-confirm your reservation 48 hours before, just to make sure there isn’t any last minute change, feel free to get in touch with us for any question.


Each Program (short or long duration) specifies all services included.
It also implies that each time you arrive at a destination one of our agents will be waiting for you and will take you to your hotel or to the next excursion. We also give you 24 hours assistance this guarantee you will enjoy nice and pleasure vacations.
